Welcome to Project Stories, where we spotlight standout residential builds, renovations, and the teams behind them. First up: The Avery — a beautifully crafted multifamily community in Asheville, North Carolina. Developed by Del Ray Ventures LLC, The Avery brings together thoughtful design and elevated finishes that blend function with modern style. Key contributor Airo Mechanical handled plumbing installation, and Pfister Faucets provided a full suite of Matte Black fixtures that bring bold contrast to kitchens and baths.
This episode features Fields of Grace Flower Farm in Shiloh, Georgia, where a 1930s brick home was restored to support a nonprofit mission serving women recovering from trauma. The renovation required full plumbing system replacement, modernization of infrastructure, and thoughtful finish selection to preserve the home’s historic character. The episode highlights collaboration between homeowner, trades, and Pfister — reinforcing our role in supporting meaningful projects.
