My product, part, problem is not listed

Hello. We’re sorry that you’re having an issue with your faucet, shower or accessory. This is a new section on our website and we are working hard behind the scenes to bring you helpful troubleshooting tips, images and videos. We’re tackling different product types as quickly as we can and haven’t quite finished this one yet.

You can speed up your call experience by using the search bar to identify your product beforehand--this way, we can get you the right part (if one is needed) and solution.

Pro Tip: If your faucet is more than 5 years old, toggle the "Show Discontinued" checkbox to make sure you are seeing everything.  Providing your service representative the faucet name or model number will speed up your call.


    I can't find my product

    I can't find my product listed on the site.

    Go back to the category page

    If your product is more than five years old, it might be discontinued. Try this: go back to the category page for your product (ie, kitchen, bath, etc). At the top of the page, check the box that says "Show Discontinued." This will show both active and discontinued items.

    Check label on product

    If you're not seeing your product, you can also try checking under the sink to see if your product has a label on either the supply line or the shank. If the label is there, find the product number. Once you have the product number, try typing it into the search box at the top of the website.

    I can't find the right part

    I can't find the part I'm looking for on the site.

    Look up the product

    First, let's make sure the part is still current by looking up your product. Do this by either typing the part number or name into the search bar at the top or browsing through the appropriate product category page (ie, bath, kitchen, etc). (Note: if your faucet is older, make sure to check the "Show Discontinued" box at the top of the category page).

    Click on "Installation & Support"

    If you find your product, go to its product page and click "Installation & Support."

    Click on "Parts Diagram"

    Under "Installation & Support," click on "Parts Diagram."

    Click on part

    In the list, find the part that you need and click on it. This should take you the parts page.
