5. Water restriction/No pressure:
If there is water restriction or no pressure in water flow, please check for the following:

Step I:   Make sure water supply is turned on fully.
Step II:  Make sure supply lines are flushed and there are no kinks in hoses.
Step III: Check the pull out spout for any debris that may have collected during repair or installation.

Do this by unscrewing spout (counter clockwise) from the hose extension. Direct hose into drain and turn water on. If the pressure of the flow is greater, you will need to replace the pull out spout: (950-529S) - satin stainless steel; (950-529Y) - tuscan bronze. If debris, water sediment or calcium deposits collect within the spray spout, the function will be obstructed and cause leaking, restriction or insufficient diversion.

6. Water no longer switches to stream or spray completely:
If the pull out spout no longer switches between spray and stream completely, the entire spray spout will have to be replaced. The part numbers for the pull out spout are: (950-529S) - satin stainless steel; (950-529Y) - tuscan bronze.

7. Broken/cracked pull out sprayer:
If your pull out sprayer leaks through a crack, the seam, is visibly broken or will not shut off at all, you will need to replace the complete pull out sprayer part: (950-529S) - satin stainless steel; (950-529Y) - tuscan bronze.

8. Leaking pull out hose:
If the pull out hose is leaking at the quick connect or threads, has a tear or break in the tubing then hose will need to be replaced with: (951-074). NOTE: If replacing the hose due to a leaking quick connect, then quick connect must be ordered separately (951-175).

9. Leaking Quick Connect:
If the quick connector is leaking from the grey collet or the grey collet is missing or broken. Then quick connector (951-175) must be replaced.

10. Soap Dispenser:
If the soap dispenser is not pumping any soap or is pumping from somewhere other than the tip, we recommend replacing the pump mechanism: (931-002). If the soap dispenser bottle has broken, you would need to replace (950-004).

11. Refill soap dispenser:
To refill the soap dispenser, remove the soap dispenser head by pulling up on it. The pump (with straw) should remove with the head.  If not, gently pull out pump (with straw) after removing the head.  You may then pour the soap directly into the bottle from the top of your sink.  Once the bottle reaches 3/4 full, you may push the soap dispenser head with pump and straw back onto the dispenser assembly.
