3. Water flow is low or sprays everywhere

Low flow : Remove the aerator and check for any debris or blockage. Next, run the faucet without the aerator . If the flow of water is significantly greater and reduces when aerator is re-installed, then aerator would need to be replaced with (941-102A) ~ polished chrome; or  (941-102K) ~ brushed nickel. The faucet normally flows at 2.2 gpm (gallons per minute) with the aerator installed.

Erratic flow : If the aerator sprays out in different directions when turning the faucet on. Check for any debris that may cause blockage, if no debris or blockage is present and water flow is still erratic and sprays all over, then aerator will need to replaced with (941-102A) ~ polished chrome; or  (941-102K) ~ brushed nickel.

4. Black washer under drain flange

There is a thin black washer that comes underneath the drain flange. This part is not shown in the instructions but it is to be used if you are not using plumbers putty.
